Our return policy allows 15 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased at fabyface.com for a full product refund. Shipping is not refunded. Your refund will be in the total original value amount as when you purchased it. If you wish to make an exchange in a different size or product, we have a 15-day return policy. All returns/exchanges must be sent back by the customer within the 15-day window to be marked as eligible for returns or exchanges.
Any items purchased as final sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable. Our sale items are final sale and are noted as such in the description upon purchase.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received. We can reject any returned item that shows to be worn, washed, damaged, or not in its original condition.
For our security, we have the right to flag any customers for making returns too frequently.
